The services ranging from advice, assistance, representation in legal action and consulting are rendered on a contractual basis according to required specifications, and on an ad-hoc basis, when required, in accordance with a desired outcome. Remuneration is according to contractual agreement and is either in the form of an hourly tariff or in accordance with a monthly retainer depending on your requirements. If agreed upon, it can also be in the form of a contingency fee based on the successful resolution of a specific legal matter.
